1 pack instant ramen (discard half the seasoning)
1 egg
2 scallions, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp soy sauce
1 handful leftover protein — whatever the day left you

Boil the noodles one minute short of the packet time.

Kill the heat. Stir in half the seasoning, the butter and the soy.

Crack the egg in and stir once — the residual heat sets it into ribbons.

Top with scallions and the protein. Eat standing up like you always do.
