Faded Spaces support

For help with garden plans, seed inventory, saved records, or account access, contact Dominick Hall at barbertekkmedia@gmail.com.

Include your device type, app version, what you tried, and any error message. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or private photographs unless support specifically explains why they are needed.

Account and saved gardens

Sign in with the same BarberTekk account on each device to access your saved records. Browser-only drafts are separate and do not automatically transfer between devices. An internet connection is required for account features.

Store editions

The iPhone and Android store editions offer free features and access your existing paid features. They do not offer in-app purchases or subscription upgrades. Ray-Ban integration is coming soon and is not included in these store editions.

The separate glasses test companion is a development test app, not the public store edition.
